Wheat germ – extracted from the seed of the wheat grain; an oil with high concentrations of vitamins, particularly vitamin E & D, carotene and lecithin; well known to help relieve itching, help soothe irritation and redness
Evening Primrose - derived from the yellow evening primrose flower; exceptionally high in essential fatty acids to help restore the skin’s natural moisture
Borage Seed – a plant derived prized oil for its noteworthy content of essential fatty acids; high in omega-6 EFA gamma-linoleic acid, essential to the health of the skin; often used to help soothe skin conditions including eczema
Avena Sativa (oat kernel oil) – for relief of skin irritation, inflammation and redness; helps improve the natural elasticity of the skin; highly recommended for use on children and fragile elderly skin
Avocado – a precious, heavy, natural oil derived from the flesh of an avocado fruit; rich in vitamins A, C, E, protein and amino acids; penetrates the skin deeply without leaving behind an oily film; softens and conditions dry, flakey skin and scalp
Calendula – also known as marigold, this herb’s oil is famous for its healing properties; often used on irritated, inflamed, damaged skin. Also softens and soothes
Bisabolol – has amazing anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it a great natural ingredient to use in skincare products; it also contains anti-bacterial as well as anti-fungal properties
Safflower Oleosomes – offers superior moisturize, delivers protective anti-oxidants and skin-softening agents in one naturally derived ingredient
Shea Butter - a solid fatty oil made from the nuts of Karite Nut trees; has an almost magical healing effect on skin conditions and dryness; it contains beneficial vegetable fats that promote cell regeneration and circulation, making it a wonderful healer and rejuvenator; it also contains natural sun-protectants
Glycerin – Derived from plants, it acts as a humectant, attracting water tot eh skin to restore suppleness; gentle and does not cause irritation, so excellent for use on children’s skin
How to Use it
Kuddles wants to make sure users get their money’s worth. That’s why all of our products can be used in several ways. This balm acts as extra nourishment for those dry bits that always seem to pop up on a child – their cheeks, their arms, their legs. It helps the skin retain moisture by acting as a barrier – which means it can also keep excess moisture away from precious parts, like the bum. Apply as a thick, soothing, protective barrier against wetness.
