TinyWiggles uses PayPal for the best in easy, secure ecommerce transactions. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. If you have an account, you can login when you are redirected from our site.
PayPal for Wholesalers
As written above, we also use PayPal for Wholesale orders; we will provide you with a detailed invoice reflecting your order and a tracking number for your parcel.
Shipping
Most of TinyWiggles products are made to order. Please allow three to four weeks for manufacturing of large orders plus 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. If the item you would like to order is in stock you will receive it sooner.
For Wholesalers please allow a minimum of four to six weeks for manufacturing of large orders plus 3- 10 business days for delivery depending on location. We will provide you with an estimated date for completion.
We use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping and we will ship anywhere. Tracking numbers are available for items that are shipped as a parcel. Smaller items that can be mailed as a light packet or as regular mail do not receive a tracking number. To track your package online visit www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301.
For large parcels and wholesalers/retailers, we use UPS as our method of shipping and we ship anywhere. Tracking numbers are available for items that are shipped. http://www.ups.com or call 1-800-742-5877. We also use Fed Ex, if provided a Fed Ex account number by the customer. We ship from both Calgary & Ottawa which is in Canada. Currently all our products are manufactured in Ottawa. Shipping times vary depending on where you are but on average do not usually take longer than a week within Canada. Please allow time for customs clearance when shipping to the USA. When shipping outside of North America, extra shipping charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may incur on arrival. Return and Exchange Policies: If you wish to return any item, we will accept returns within 14 days. This applies to all items in their original unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please send items back to the return address on your invoice. Sorry but shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the product has a manufacturing issue or the size is wrong, it can be exchanged within 14 days. It is our priority to provide great customer service, feel free to send us an email with any concerns or questions.
